Pool Fencing Sanctuary Cove
Frameless glass pool fencing for Sanctuary Cove's waterfront and golf resort homes
We fence pools across Sanctuary Cove's gated estates, matching the fence to a canal-front or fairway-facing outdoor area.
Frameless Fencing for Sanctuary Cove's Waterfront Estates
Pool fencing in Sanctuary Cove has to work with one of the more distinct settings on the Gold Coast, a gated community built around two golf courses and a marina village, with canal-front estates on larger blocks than most of the surrounding coast. Pool areas here are often part of a bigger outdoor design, sitting alongside established landscaping, a pontoon or a view down the fairway, so the fence has to fit into that design rather than sit on top of it. Frameless glass is the most requested option here, since it keeps a clear line of sight to the canal, the marina or the course without a visible frame in the way.
Because access into Sanctuary Cove runs through a gatehouse, most of our work here is booked in ahead of time, and we plan the install around the estate's own access arrangements. The fencing itself still has to meet the same Queensland pool safety laws as anywhere else, QDC MP 3.4 and the AS1926.1 standard, regardless of the estate. Get in touch and we'll work out the access details before we come out to quote.

Local Experience With Sanctuary Cove's Gated Estates
We've been fencing pools across the Gold Coast since 2016, including a number of jobs inside Sanctuary Cove and the neighbouring canal estates, so working around gatehouse access and estate booking requirements isn't new to us. We manage the whole job, from the initial measure-up through to a finish that meets AS1926.1 and QDC MP 3.4, and we coordinate timing with the estate rather than leaving that part to you.
If you're planning a new pool or replacing an existing fence inside Sanctuary Cove, tell us about the estate and the access arrangements and we'll organise a time to come out.
