Pool Fencing Sanctuary Cove

Pool fencing in Sanctuary Cove has to work with one of the more distinct settings on the Gold Coast, a gated community built around two golf courses and a marina village, with canal-front estates on larger blocks than most of the surrounding coast. Pool areas here are often part of a bigger outdoor design, sitting alongside established landscaping, a pontoon or a view down the fairway, so the fence has to fit into that design rather than sit on top of it. Frameless glass is the most requested option here, since it keeps a clear line of sight to the canal, the marina or the course without a visible frame in the way.

Because access into Sanctuary Cove runs through a gatehouse, most of our work here is booked in ahead of time, and we plan the install around the estate's own access arrangements. The fencing itself still has to meet the same Queensland pool safety laws as anywhere else, QDC MP 3.4 and the AS1926.1 standard, regardless of the estate.
